Jilin Xingyun Chemical Co.,Ltd of Jilin Chemical Group Corp. was established in 1993. Its predecessor is Jilin Institute of Chemical Engineering Fine Chemical Plant. In 1999, the joint-stock reform of Petrochina jilin chemical group was passed, and "Jihua Group Jilin Xingyun Industry and Trade Co., Ltd." was established. In 2011, it was renamed "Jilin Xingyun Chemical Co., Ltd. Jilin Chemical Group Corp.". After more than 30 years of hard work, innovation and development, the company has now formed a diversified development industry system such as petrochemical, chemical new materials, and automotive chemicals. The leading products are petrochemical catalysts, auxiliaries, additives series, fine chemical products series, polyoxyethylene series and antifreeze, lubricant automotive chemicals and other products.

It has established long-term cooperative relations with key domestic universities and research institutes such as Chinese Academy of Sciences, Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology, Petrochina Jilin Research Institute. The company has formed a diversified development industry pattern, obtained a number of national patents, the main production technology has reached the leading level at home and abroad. The catalyst series products produced by the company have been applied in more than 20 domestic enterprises such as Petrochina and Sinopec, and exported to more than 50 countries and regions in the world.
